1. 흰콩(백태) 구입

2. 섞여있는 돌 등 이물질 을 걸러낸 후, 물로 씻는다.

3. 물에 씻은 콩을 찬물에 충분히 불린다. (2~3시간)

4. 물에 불린 콩의 껍질을 제거한다.

5. 콩과 물의 비율을 1:3 정도로 하여, 센 불에서 5~7분 정도 삶는다.

(너무 오래 삶으면 비린내가 날 수 있음)

6. 삶은 콩을 헹구지 말고 삶은 물과 함께 믹서기에 넣는다.

7. 기호에 따라 찬물로 농도조절을 하며 2~3분간 믹서기로 간다.

(2~3분간 갈게 되면 콩 가루가 입에서 느껴질 정도)

※  기호에 따라 더 곱게 갈기 위해 최초 2-3분 믹서기를 돌린 후, 확인하고 믹서기를 다시 돌리는 방법을 되풀이 하여 가루입자의 굵기를 조절한다.

※  가루의 잔존감을 싫어하는 사람은 콩가루를 따로 걸러내어 맑은 물만 이용하기도 함.

※  냉장 보관은 1~7 까지의 과정을 거친 후 하도록 한다.

It is my last wish to see that this money is invested in any organization of your choice and distributed each year among the charity organization, the poor and the motherless baby's home where I come from. I want your good humanitarian, to also use this money to fund orphanages and widows around. I must let you know that this was a very hard decision, but I had to take a bold step towards this issue because I have no further option. I hope you will help see my last wishes come true.
As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the BANK. I will also issue you a letter of authority, which will prove that you are the new beneficiary of my funds. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein.
